Supercar Stunners on Aucor’s Auction Floor

Saturday 25 February sees a bevy of beauties lined up for Aucor’s next supercar and exotics auction.

According to Aucor MD Darren Winterstein, the sale will be auction dreamland for lovers of automotive excellence.  “Petrolheads will be in their element.  A number of fantastic cars have already been confirmed and we’re adding to the catalogue every day so anyone in the market for a good deal on anything from the proverbial A to Z - an Aston Martin, BMW, C-Class Merc and more - should attend.”

Late model, low-mileage options include a virtually brand new 2012 VW Golf 6 GTi, with only 4000kms on the clock and a 2011 Range Rover Sport 5.L V8.Bidders looking for performance coupled with stunning styling have lots from which to choose – a black 2010 Jaguar XJ Supercharged (new shape), also with low mileage,  a trio of 2009 stunners  from the Mercedes-Benz stable including an ML63, two C63 AMGs (one with performance pack), a Porsche Boxter S PDK or an Aston Martin DB9 Coupe Touchtronic. 

Adding to the line-up are two BMW M6 options – a convertible or a coupé.4x4 aficionados will also be spoilt for choice and can bid on a Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD, a BMW X5 XDrive 3.0 Diesel Auto or several Landrover Discovery models.

“Adventure models also feature strongly, and we haven’t neglected the buyers looking for some outdoor excitement,” Winterstein adds.  He says some of the choices available include a 41foot Gypsey 41 Power Catamaran with 2x2 litre Toyota marine engines, an Ace Jazz boat with Honda 150 HP V-tec motor, Sea-Doo GTX 215 and Yamaha electric golf carts, a Can Am Spyder 990 Rotax, Yamaha Raptor 700cc or four Suzuki 160cc quads.

The auction takes place on Saturday 25 February at 12:00 at Aucor’s Midrand premises – 562 – 15th Road, Midrand, with viewing that same morning and the day before from 09:00.
